Finding the place you call home
Bell Bank Mortgage has made home ownership a reality for literally thousands of happy families. We’d love the opportunity to serve you.
Our roots are deep. In 1880, we were founded as Bell Mortgage in Minneapolis, Minn., by early city leader David C. Bell. We added locations throughout the Twin Cities and later expanded into the Phoenix area. Today, we’re expanding our services in other states and regions – bringing you the services of one of the country’s oldest and most trusted mortgage providers.
In 2011, Bell Mortgage became a part of what was then State Bank & Trust, one of the nation’s largest independent banks. One year later, the entire company rebranded as Bell, taking on a more unique name as a known and respected brand.
Building stronger communities
Bell and its team members generously support the individuals and organizations who share our goal of making the community a better place.
Across our regions, Bell has generously supported hundreds of nonprofit organizations and charities. To name just a few:
- Bell is a major supporter of Spare Key, a nonprofit organization that helps families with critically ill or seriously injured children in hospitals. Many of our lenders contribute to Spare Key each time a mortgage is closed.
- Bell has had longtime relationships with the Boys and Girls Clubs and Simpson Housing, with employees devoting many hours of volunteer time to coach kids, serve meals or give other help where it is needed.
- Several times a year, Bell presents Ahwatukee Eats, a night of gourmet food trucks, family activities and giving back to the community. Our event currently support the Arizona Department of Child Safety, working to help foster kids and families.
